Randy Pinkston discovered a juvenile/first-winter Thayer's Gull at Temple Lake Park, Lake Belton (Bell County) on 28 October 2003.  Rich Kostecke and I were fortunate to relocate it the next morning.  Some of my photos of this bird are immediately below (followed by 2 photos of a Herring Gull at the same location)..
